Have you ever wondered about what would have happened if you had decided to pursue a particular interest or hobby further?
Or, have you often looked back fondly at how much fun you had working on a particular passion project?

Somewhere in time so many of us choose different paths in life for practical reasons and then slowly start to neglect little things that used to spark passion — those things that made us laugh out loud and sit up in excitement.

Rediscovering those little sparks can bring us back to who we authentically are. Maybe today’s version of a particular interest will include all the knowledge we’ve picked up along the way. Or maybe, we can even pick up exactly where we left off..
It doesn’t really matter how we go about it..the process of rediscovery in and of itself can bring us back to those moments and that mindset of feeling energized and filled with the zest of being happy.

Today’s motivational nudge is: This week, explore an interest you’ve put aside for awhile. Make that effort to get back in touch with more of what makes you happy.

Have a great week!
Good advice. Iโve been gardening today for the first time this Spring. I felt really connected and happy. Potatoes are now in the ground, herb pots tidied up and David planted some begonias in tubs too ๐๐ธ

There is something special about gardening and getting outside. I love that you have potatoes, herbs as well as begonias in your garden. That sounds like a good mix. ๐

Thatโs just the start, I canโt wait to plant more, and I even harvested some rhubarb for dinner ๐

Iโve found that Iโve had to put some things aside in the name of time. But perhaps I could re-explore these things. Thanks for the timely reminder!

I hear you – especially if you have a long commute, it’s not easy, but worth doing in my opinion. Thanks for stopping by ๐
