
Our days can be rushed flurries of stressful activity or serene windows of time filled with calm and grounded action.
I’ve been thinking of my own rushed morning routine and of the fact that so many of us place so much value on being effective and getting things done quickly — without actually thinking of putting actions that safeguard our mental wellbeing on our to-do lists.
If we were to put our emotional, spiritual and mental wellbeing at the very top of our to-do lists, what could we do to make sure that we were adding in ways to nurture and nourish our spirits throughout the day?
