Word of the week “grace”

This week, my word of the week is “grace”. The word grace encompasses kindness, consideration, poise, courtesy, gratitude, the beauty in the fluidity of movement and so much more.

Grace means giving ourselves the space to allow for our own imperfections and providing the same compassion and empathy to ourselves that we would to others.

Grace means giving others the benefit of doubt and not assuming things too much and too often.

Grace is about allowing ourselves and others to be exactly who we are.

Nothing is quite beautiful alone; nothing but is beautiful in the whole. A single object is only so far beautiful as it suggests this universal grace.

  1. Beautiful! I especially like this one “Grace means giving ourselves the space to allow for our own imperfections and providing the same compassion and empathy to ourselves that we would to others.” With a word like that, I imagine your week will be wonderful. Thanks for the inspiration!
