With all the different stresses we all have in our days, it is easy to see the negative and be quick to criticize. Most of the time a pause, a deep breath and patience, empathy and compassion go a long way toward making most situations calmer and easier to deal with.

🌿 Pause and decide to be calm and patient if someone is irritable with you.

🌿 Choose to intentionally participate in activities that are calming and nourishing for your mind, body and spirit on a daily basis.

🌿 Change your inner self critic voice to an inner voice that acknowledges, validates and supports you.
🌿 Be completely present for each task and aim for being in “flow”
🌿 Connect with others with the intention of bringing positivity to the experience.
