We’re all familiar with our running to-do lists and all the innumerable tasks that keep getting added to them on a regular basis.
Acknowledging our daily progress deserves the same level of attention.

Today’s motivational nudge is to create your own running progress list.
>> Make it about more than listing tasks that you got done – write down all the little things. The time when you spoke up, the decision you made that was a tough one, the moment you decided to make a positive change – take the time to jot down all those moments that were a step forward every day this week.

At the end of the week, look through your progress list and give yourself kudos for having accomplished so much in one week.
Have a joy filled, peaceful and purposeful day!

This is a great and timely reminder. Just yesterday I found myself discouraged because there were two things that I didn’t accomplish that I was hoping to. However, I accomplished a lot of other things! 1. I volunteered my time at our local YMCA. 2. I played pickleball with my mom 3. I watched my newly three-year-old do a mini photo shoot so we could get some updated pictures. 4. I read. 5. I spent quality time with my family.

It is so easy to focus on what wasn’t accomplished rather than what was.. That was a lot you got done!
