If you’re in the Northern Hemisphere, then the beginning of autumn for us was on September 22.

This transition from summer to winter that happens in some parts of the world at this time invites us to celebrate in cozy fall activities and delight in the beauty of the leaves changing colors in the colder autumn months.
This week’s journaling theme is to plan fun and joyful activities for the Fall months wherever you are.
So often, we plan out all our “to do” activities and rush around trying to get everything done especially in these months so close to the end of the year. It is good to pause and take the time to plan for fun and joyful activities as well.

Here are 3 sets of weekly journaling prompts to help us to plan for Fall:
- If you were to list out your favorite activities in the fall months what would they be? Do you enjoy going to farmers markets that pop up or love to make cozy recipes that are heart-warming and appetizing? How can you plan to incorporate some of these activities into your schedule over the next 3 months?
- Do you have any DIY projects at home that you’ve been meaning to work on before the end of the year? How can you make your home cozier and more welcoming this month?
- What are 3 new ways you can enjoy the outdoors more during these months? Are there any fall festivals you’d love to attend or hiking trails you’d love to explore especially as the fall foliage changes colors?
Happy Fall! Hope you have a joyful, fun-filled autumn season.

We don’t get that depth of color change here in Southern California but I do love Fall weather and all that fall brings this time of year! We don’t have any special plans but it’s a good idea to think of a few, love your post today! π₯°

I’m happy it’s cooler outside and I can enjoy my back yard. I love to spend a few minute outside reading. Our guest bedroom closet is where I stacked boxes of stuff I didn’t want to deal with when we moved in December. My goal is to finally go through them.

Looking forward to autumn leaves, country walks and hopefully my home grown pumpkins turning orange. Also celebrating our wedding anniversary and getting super organised by baking Christmas cake and Christmas pudding π. Wrapping up warm and watching fireworks around 5 November and seeing my husbandβs band play live music again, lots to celebrate π
