Word of the week: “clarity”

I’ve found that identifying my word for the week changes my focus and way of going about my week.

My word of the week for this week is “clarity”. I want to focus on having clarity as a way to bring serenity, calm and purpose to what can be a distracted day. I chose clarity because it is the opposite of focusing on the stressful. A clear focus helps with simplifying daily decisions. With clarity, priorities rise to the top.

Having clarity of purpose also means aligning with what is right for you and listening to your inner voice and letting go of distractions and any clutter.

What is your word for the week and the most important thing you’d like to focus on for this week?
