3 weekly journaling prompts – this week’s theme: getting healthier physically, emotionally, spiritually and energetically

Ideally, taking care of our health should be a daily focus but that doesn’t always happen! This week, the prompts below are for some extra motivation for figuring out ways to improve our general health and increase our levels of energy during the rest of this year.

Here are 3 sets of journaling prompts to consider that bring back our focus to good health and an increase in energy and vibrancy:

  1. How do I feel physically today? Are there areas of my physical health that I need to focus on that I’ve been proccrastinating about? Do I need to specifically focus on strengthening my core, increasing the nutritional value of my meals or any other specific activities that will improve my physical well-being? Do I need to make any medical appointments to address any health issues I’ve been putting off? What are my top 3 actions that will put me on the road to better physical health?
  2. How do I feel emotionally and spiritually today? Do I need to take time off? Do I need to figure out a way to re-charge? Can I reach out and get some help for anything that’s worrying me? How can I improve my emotional, spiritual and mental well-being?
  3. How do I feel energetically? Am I passionate and filled with purpose – if not, why not? Do I need to change focus and prioritize goals that are better aligned with how I truly want to live my life? How can I best bring more meaning and joy into my every day life?

Have a great week!

  1. Nice prompts. I have been really drained, emotionally, with a lot of stuff that is going on in my life. I think I need a day to rejuvenate, but not sure how I am going to pull that off anytime soon. I was supposed to have a few days in OH for a half marathon at the end of this coming week, but since it went virtual, I don’t have that. I was looking forward to some me time. I really need to figure out how to get a day that is just mine soon.
