Take one action on a project you’ve been putting off.
De-clutter 5 things from your closet. De-clutter one thing from that pile on the floor.
Clean your bathroom sink.
Make one meal in double the quantity you’d normally make and refrigerate half of it for another day.
Shred 2 pieces of mail that you don’t need to save.
Write a to-do list with everything that’s been weighing on your mind.
